RATESCleaning Services Fee: Based on job and length of contract Administrative Services Fees Standard Rate We charge a standard hourly rate of $30.00 per hour for all services provided, billed in 15 minute increments. Additional charges will be incurred for any materials (i.e., paper, envelopes, labels, etc) used to complete the project. These charges will be assessed on a case by case basis depending on the type and quantity of material used. All material charges will be billed at cost. One Time Projects: Fees for one time projects may be negotiated based on the estimated time and complexity of the work. A 50% deposit is required on all one-time projects prior to starting work. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of completed work. Retainer: Retainer services are offered at the following rates: 10 Prepaid Hours: $250.00 20 Prepaid Hours: $500.00 New Clients: All new clients are required to sign a standard Independent Contractor Agreement prior to the commencement of service. In addition, a one-time "good faith" retainer equal to 2 hours of work at the contracted rate will be required in advance to initiate service. This retainer will be applied to hours worked. Any hours worked over the retainer will be invoiced and due within the agreed time period. Discounts: 20% discount for all contracted referrals. Discounts will be applied to the client's next billing statement following the commencement of work for the referred client. Payment: Acceptable forms of payment are: Company Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and/or American Express (via Paypal). A $30.00 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks. A 1.5% monthly service fee will be charged for all invoices over 30 days outstanding. *** Fees subject to change.*** |
